About Us:
17 years ago, Kathy Mortensen and Ryan Hanson started Lake Life Realty, a real estate company specializing in Lake Wapogasset/Bear Trap properties.
Kathy has owned Mort's Marina on Lake Wapogasset for forty-plus years. She has dedicated herself to helping people discover the "JOY of lake life." In 2009 Lake Life Realty was opened with the hope of helping others find their dream of owning a lake place.
For the past 17 years Ryan and Kathy have been the go to agents for Lake Wapogasset/Bear Trap properties. They have been involved in numerous sales around Lake Wapogasset/Bear Trap, as either a listing agent, a selling agent or both. Kathy's daughter (and Ryan's wife) Kristin was excited to join the team in 2015. Their knowledge of the lake, and the connection they have with its residents, make Lake Life Realty the perfect company to list or buy with.
With this success, Ryan has also been able to expand to other cities and lakes in the area and is ready to help you with ANY real estate needs. Whether it be selling or buying, on water or not, he has listed/sold properties all over the northwestern part of WI.

Going into his 18th year of selling real estate, Ryan is ready to help you catch your dream. Those trying to sell or buy properties on Lake Wapogasset & Bear Trap Lake know that Ryan currently resides on Bear Trap Lake with Kristin and their 2 boys. He knows the ins and outs of the lake and is knowledgeable with local regulations and all the wonderful things the lake has to offer. He also volunteers and attends the lake sanitary district meetings and lake association meetings to keep up to date on what's going on with the lake. He currently volunteers as a Trustee, Chairman of the Lake Monitoring Committee, website manager and member of the Communication Committee for the Lake Association and is 1st vice president of the WBT Lake Association. He was also recognized this past year as a WBT Volunteer of the Year.
